Despatch
Once payment is received, orders are normally despatched the next working day (except during Jul-Sep as mention in 'Back to School' below). Our main courier is currently DPD and your package is sent using their local next day delivery service. We may need to use other couriers as and when the need arises.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from despatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us.
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been sent.
Delivery
Free and standard deliveries should arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Collect in Store
TFS also provides a free collect in store option. We will advise either by telephone/SMS/e-mail when your order is ready to collect.
Back to School
During this period (July-Sep) there can be a long delay in processing online orders due to very high volumes. Please allow 2-3 weeks when ordering at this time.
Also, because stock moves so quickly at this time, it may occur that the item(s) you have ordered is actually out of stock at the time your order is picked.
In such instances we will always endeavour to keep you informed of the progress in processing your order.
Returns
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition with tags still attached, along with proof of purchase. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days of delivery. If you require a replacement item (eg wrong size ordered) then we advise you to make a separate order online for the correct size.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will endeavour to process all refunds within 10 days of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow up to 28 working days.
In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on some items (eg. gumshields etc).
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
