Once payment is received, orders are normally dispatched the next working day unless you opted for next day delivery, then your order will be dispatched the same day.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us.
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Free and standard deliveries should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.
Next day delivery - If your order is placed before 15:00 Mon-Thurs, your item(s) will arrive the next day guaranteed. Any orders received after 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day. If you require next day Saturday, please use this option at checkout.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Collect in Store
TFS also provides a collect in store option. Orders for Coopers School uniform can be collected from the School shop during opening hours after an hour of placing an order. All other orders can be collected from the Dartford store after one hour of placing an order.
Back to School
During this period (July-Sep) there may be a delay in processing online orders due to high volumes. In such instances we will always keep you informed of the progress in processing your order.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition with tags still attached, along with proof of purchase. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days of delivery. If you require a replacement item (eg wrong size ordered) then we advise you to make a separate order online for the correct size.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will endeavour to process all refunds within 10 days of receipt however at busier times such as Back to School please allow up to 28 working days.
In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on some items (eg. gum shields).
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
